TERMS OF SERVICE (T.O.S)

Feel free to ask me any questions in my direct contact options (Discord or Gmail). Note that they will be updated frequently, so I'd advice having them on hand.

1. GENERAL
1.1. Do NOT feed my work into AI.
1.2. Do NOT mint my work as an NFT.
1.3. Do NOT modify my work without explicit written consent.
1.4. Do NOT erase watermarks off my work.
1.5. I only work with ADULTS. Your DoB (only) from your ID might be asked if in doubt.
1.6. By default I can upload and use my work anywhere I wish (such as in Social Media). Please ask beforehand if you want it anonymous.
1.7. If ordering something from me of more risqué nature for other person (friend, partner, etc), I require their direct consent.
1.8. I work with lax deadlines, but I try to keep it between 1-2 weeks.
1.9. I can refuse any commission request for any reason without specification.
1.10. For references and links, I will only accept mainstream hosts (Drive, Furaffinitty, Deviantart, etc) as to avoid suspicious links.2. WORK PROCESS & COMMUNICATION
2.1. Ask me for commissions DIRECTLY if you're interested. Otherwise a "hi" message will be ignored.
2.2. Discord is my main communication tool, but Gmail, FA notes or Bluesky are accepted as well.
2.3. You will be asked for details and be sent a little template for you to fill.
2.4. After that, please remain patient depending on the waitlist. I will invoice you once I can start as soon as possible.
2.5. I often send WIPs and will ask questions thorough, but you can request them anytime.
2.6. I pick comms on a first-come-first-serve order, but it may vary depending on their complexity.
2.7. I accept informal communication, but please keep it as professional as possible.
2.8. Do not spam me. Wait for around 3 days for a response.
2.9. You're responsible to contact me first.
2.10. ONE commission per person at a time. Do NOT give me multiple prompts.
2.11. Digital reference sheets preferred.
2.12. Be sure to know what to order and keep your description clear and in one message.3. PAYMENTS
3.1. I work mainly with Paypal, but I can use Bizum if you're a spainard as well.
3.2. I work with PAYPAL INVOICES, so make sure to send your Paypal Address for it ([email protected]). I will NOT accept other types.
3.3. I work with EUROS (€), so please make sure to convert if needed for my prices.
3.4. Payment plans are avaliable for commissions higher than 100€. There may be exceptions.
3.5. I will NOT negotiate prices.
3.6. I will start after full OR partial payment is sent.
3.7. DO NOT ASK FOR PREPAYMENTS. I will decide when I can take them.
3.8. I will give you the price calculation for transparency.4. REFUNDS
4.1. You can always ask for refunds if not started.
4.2. They might not always be avaliable to do, so please be patient.
4.3. Client can ask for a percentage refund based on the artwork's process made.
4.4. If near completion or after colouring, refunds are UNAVALIABLE.5. USES OF MY WORK
5.1. All personal use is allowed.
5.2. You can trace over my work as long as it's credited.
5.3. Commercialization of my work is STRICTLY PROHIBITED WITHOUT A FEE.
5.4. I am NOT responsible for any misuse of my work outside it's creation.
5.5. Do NOT RESELL my work.

Breaking any of these will result in a blacklisting from my services and possibly even legal action at worst.If you read this far, thank you so much.

GAME WORK
